William "Bill" Bloemer, age 78, of Lower Alloway's Creek passed away Friday, February 10th at his home.
Born in Salem, he was the son of the late David and Meriam Hackett Bloemer. He served in the National Guard for four years. Bill was a maintenance supervisor for Day and Zimerman at the PSE&G Nuclear Site. He watched NASCAR and football and enjoyed working on his house. Bill is survived by brother, Larry Bloemer (Vickie) of Pennsville; his sister, Debra Robertson (Willy) of Pennsville; niece, Pam Hogate (Doug) of Pennsville; great nephews, Seth Gressman of Elsinboro and Mark Gressman of Millville; great niece, Jennifer Dilks of Virgina; and nephew, William Robertson of Pennsville. He is predeceased by his wife, Christine "Pat" Rafine Bloemer.
Services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 15th in WOODSIDE FUNERAL HOME, 613 Salem Quinton Rd., Salem, NJ 08079 (Quinton Twp.) where family and friends may visit from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Salem Baptist Cemetery. Contributions in Bill's memory may be sent to the charity of the donor's choice.
