Wendy L. (Gross) Johnson

Wendy L. Johnson (nee Gross), age 71, of Bridgeton, NJ passed away Friday, June 3rd 2022. 

Born in Camden, NJ, she is the daughter of the late George and Alice Concilio Gross. Mrs. Johnson was employed by Cobbs Saw Mill from 1980 - 2010.  After her retirement, she was a homemaker.  Wendy enjoyed spending time with her family, fishing, needle point crafts, crossword puzzle books, embroidery, traveling, camping with niece, Robin and husband, Jerry, and shopping in Tennessee for Tennessee T-shirts with Bernice.  However, most of all, Wendy enjoyed spending time with her husband, Oliver.  She is survived by her husband, Oliver Johnson of 48 years; brothers, George Gross (wife, Ala Kay) and David Gross (wife, Debbie).  Wendy is predeceased by her sister, Betty Ann Nicholson; and her beloved dogs, Pierre, Missy and Rosie.  Loved dearly by her husband, Oliver and loved by many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and her extended Cobb families as well as many friends.
