Virgil James "Jim" Noble, age 81, of Quinton passed away Thursday, January 25th after a long battle with kidney disease.
Born in 1942, in Salem, New Jersey he is the son of the late Virgil "Jake" Noble and Cora Darling Noble. Jim graduated from Santa Ana High School in California in 1960. He was a U.S. Army Veteran who served his country during the Vietnam Era. When Jim returned to Salem, he worked at several glass companies as a mold maker. In his spare time, Jim loved fishing and hunting. He was a member of the Quinton Sportsman Club where he competed in skeet shooting. Jim is survived by his brother, Doug Noble (Tara) and his nieces and nephews. Jim was an honorable man and will be missed.
Graveside Services will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, February 24th at Salem County Veterans Cemetery, 719 Route 45, Pilesgrove, NJ 08098.
