Shirley Teixeria

Shirley Teixeria, age 79, passed away peacefully at her home on February 11th. 

She was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Doris Burt Weldon.  Shirley was a retired nurses' aide who was employed by the Salem County Nursing Home.  She loved to travel, sing, play computer games and spend time with her family.  Shirley loved her grandchildren with all her heart!  She is survived by her loving companion of 26 years, Norman Harris and their dog, Tawny; her three children, Diana "Lynnie" Herman, David Herman (Tiffany) and Donni Richmond (Mike); her five grandchildren, Sierra, Logan, Carrie, Becky and Steven; six great grandchildren; many, many nieces, nephews and friends. 

A Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, February 16th in WOODSIDE FUNERAL HOME. 613 Salem Quinton Rd., Rt. 49. Salem, NJ 08079 (Quinton Twp).  Internment will be private.
