Shirley (Horner) Owens

Shirley H. Owens, age 86, of Quinton passed away Sunday, November 14th at her home. 

Born in Quinton, she was the daughter of the late Leroy and Estella Counsellor Horner.  Before her retirement, Shirley was a secretary in the x-ray department at Inspira Hospital, Elmer.  She was an avid reader who enjoyed Victorian mysteries.  Shirley is survived by her sons, Rodney M. Owens, Jr. and David A. Owens; her daughter, Rebecca K. Owens; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.  She is predeceased by her husband, Rodney Owens. 

Graveside Services will be held 12:00 noon, Saturday, December 4th in Aldine Methodist Cemetery, 780 Friesburg Aldine Rd., Elmer, NJ 08318.
