Ronald M. Carey

Ronald M. Carey, age 82, of Pennsville, passed away on August 21, 2021 at Salem Medical Center. 

Born in Salem to the late Marion and Grace Weatherby Carey. Ron enjoyed traveling to and spending time in Edgewater, Florida, woodworking, and drinking martinis while hanging with family and friends.

He is survived by his significant other of 37 years Patricia Banger; his children Rhonda Waddington (Barry) of Mannington; Bonnie Owens (Randy) of Quinton, William Ronald Carey of St. Croix, VI; his brother Rev. David Carey (Nancy) of Newark, DE. Loving Pop-Pop of 19 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a niece & nephew. He is predeceased by his former wife Thelma Carey.

Services will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, September 7th at WOODSIDE FUNERAL HOME, 613 Salem Quinton Rd., Salem, NJ 08079 (Quinton Twp) where friends may call after 10:00 AM. Interment Private.
