Mary Ann Overstreet

Mary Ann Overstreet, 62, of Salem, NJ passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022.

Cherished and loving mother of Desiree (husband Jim) and Kimberly (who preceded her in passing), proud grandmother to Taylor and Kourtney and sister to brothers Tim and John (wife Bonnie), sisters Barbara (husband Keith) and Donna along with nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by brothers Kenny, Bobby, Tom and Gregg and her mother and namesake, Mary. 

Mary was a graduate of Salem High School and worked at Anchor Hocking for many years before leaving to pursue other interests and enjoy more time with family and friends. She was known by many as a friendly, ready, and willing friend and neighbor, with an engaging sense of humor, a spontaneous laugh, and an appetite for storytelling. 

Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 14, 2022, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the Woodside Funeral Home, 613 Salem-Quinton Road, Salem, NJ. Her memorial service will be held after reception at 1:00 pm. Interment will be private and family only.
 

A celebration of Mary’s life will be held immediately after the memorial service at the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Salem, NJ.
