Obituary

Margaret F. Bernard, age 100, of Lower Alloways Creek, passed away Tuesday, February 1st at her home. 

Born in Ferrell, NJ, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Bischoff Miller.  Mrs. Bernard was a meat wrapper for the Pantry Pride in Salem.  She enjoyed knitting and crocheting.  Mrs. Bernard is survived by her son, Michael Bernard of LAC; her daughter, Mary Esposito (Robert) of Forked River, NJ; her grandchildren, Regina Whitlock (Donald), Robert Esposito, Jr. (Jennifer), Andrew Bernard Esposito, Bethany Bernard - Vohringer (Dan), Betsy Bernard - Settelen (Scott) and ViAnna Mae Bernard; great grandchildren, Dusty Rose Settelen, Magnolia Mae Settelen, Jack Whitlock, Katelyn Whitlock and Noah Whitlock.  She is predeceased by her husband, John E. Bernard; and daughter-in-law, Janny Bernard. 

Graveside Services will be held 12:00 noon, Saturday, February 12th in St. Mary's Cemetery, Walnut St., Salem, NJ 08079.  In lieu of flowers contributions in Mrs. Bernard's memory may be sent to the Disabled Veterans National Foundation, 4601 Forbes Blvd., Suite #130, Lanham, MD 20706.
