Joseph Scott Franklin, age 62, of Stow Creek passed away Saturday, November 28th at home.
Born in Bridgeton, he was the son of the late Linwood and Delores Biddle Franklin. Scottie was a commercial
fisherman who enjoyed deer hunting, crabbing and fishing as well as being an excellent mechanic. He is survived by his son, JJ Gonzales; daughters, Laura Brooks and Rachel; brothers, Harry Franklin and John Franklin; sisters, Anna Franklin and Suzanne Franklin; good friends, Rose and Harold Weisgerber; and 13 grandchildren. Scottie is predeceased by his son, Joseph Scott Franklin, Jr.; brothers, Linwood Franklin, Jr. and Charles Franklin; sister, Betty Jean Harris.
Graveside Services will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, December 23rd in Canton Baptist Cemetery.
