Johnny James Moorehouse "John", age 46, of Mt. Laurel, formerly of Pennsville, passed away on September 16th.
John attended school in Pennsville before transferring to The Bancroft School. At Bancroft John excelled in learning and life skills. He graduated in 1995. John was a wonderful brother and uncle. He never forgot a birthday with a card and a call. Johnny was very kind and a lifelong friend to many, never failing to offer assistance when he saw a need. He would literally give away his coats, shirts and shoes if he saw someone in need. John insisted on making his own way and was a hardworking man. At the time of his passing he was working for Misfits, Marshalls and Al Fresco. During the Christmas Seasons he enjoyed bell ringing for the Salvation Army. John is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Dotti and Bob Breslin, his nephews, Daniel Breslin (Muriel), and Andrew Breslin (Rhiannon), his girlfriend with whom he lived, Deann Ziolkowski. John was predeceased by his parents, Joan Marie and Cleveland James Hart.
Services will be private. Contributions in John's memory can be made to: The Bancroft School at Bancroft/Development, 1255 Caldwell Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
