Cheri (Dorrell) Stow

Cheri Dorrell Stow, age 58, of Wilmington, DE passed away Monday, May 25th in Christiana Medical Center, Newark, DE. 

Born in Elmer, she is the daughter of Sandra Hackett Dorrell and the late Robert Dorrell. In 1980 Cheri married Ronald Stow of Salem, NJ. After attending Salem Community College, Cheri was an LPN for a period of time, later becoming a bus driver, security guard and most recently maintenance for Cabela's. She was an avid reader, loved to travel and enjoyed her younger years as a candy striper at the Memorial Hospital of Salem County. In addition to her mother, Cheri is survived by her daughters, Melissa Stow of Alloway and Cheri Stow of Elsmere, DE; her brother Greg Dorrell of Fairfield, Iowa; sister, Lianne Dorrell of Woodstown; and her grandchildren, Javier and Kaylee. She is predeceased by her daughter, Daphne Stow.
