Zachary M. Gaunt, 28, of Pilesgrove, died tragically Monday, June 12, 2017. He was born June 3, 1989 in Salem. He attended Woodstown schools and graduated from Woodstown High School in 2007, where he was a member of both the football and basketball teams. Zach was currently working as a millwright for Kuhnel Company, Inc. of Mickleton. Zachary is survived by his mother and stepfather, Susan (Simpson) VanAtta and Steven M. VanAtta; his brother, Ian G. VanAtta and his son, Chace T. Gaunt. He also leaves behind his maternal grandparents, Cynthia (Prinsen) Wilson of Woodstown and Keith A. Simpson of Phoenix, Arizona, along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.  

Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, July 8th in WOODSIDE FUNERAL HOME, 34 Oak Street, Salem where friends may call after 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in memory of Zachary can be made to the Chace T. Gaunt Fund, Franklin Bank, Pilesgrove, New Jersey.
