William H. Ayars III, age 90, of Quinton passed Sunday, May 19th in Friends Village Woodstown.
Born in Mannington, he was the son of the late William H., Jr. and Pearl Fox Ayars. Before his retirement, Bill was an electrician for E.I. DuPont Co. Chambers Works. Bill was a man of few words. Bill was a 55 year member of the Quinton Volunteer Fire Co. where he was an exempt fireman, a member of the Quinton Ruritan, past member of the Quinton Ambulance Squad and Quinton Planning Board. He enjoyed exercising since he was a teenager and could still be found at the gym in his 90's. Bill also enjoyed bowling, golfing, playing cards and traveling.
