Todd Lee Elwell, Sr., age 51, of Lower Alloways Creek passed away Wednesday, December 5th in Inspira Medical Center, Vineland. Born in Bridgeton, he is the son of Leroy and Marion Stoms Elwell. Before his retirement with the Delaware River Bay Authority, Todd worked in General Maintenance for 27 years. He than started his own business, Kut-It Lawn Care, LLC. Todd was a member of the Seven Oaks Hunting Club, LAC Fire Dept. and a two time Micro Sprint champion at Airport Speedway. He enjoyed trapping, hunting and racing. In addition to his parents, Todd is survived by his wife, Theresa; son, Todd Lee Elwell, Jr. of LAC; daughters, Victoria Paige Elwell of LAC and Ashley Schamp (Chris) of Quinton; granddaughter, Holden Schamp; sister, Lori Harris (Richard) of Canton; his nieces, Emmily Uhland (Travis) and Olivia Harris; nephew, Jesse Harris; and great-niece, Avery Mae Uhland. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Edgar and Juanita Stoms and his grandmother, Emma Elwell. Services will be held 12:00 noon, Saturday, December 8th in WOODSIDE FUNERAL HOME, 613 Salem-Quinton Rd., Rt. 49, Quinton Twp. where friends may call after 10:00 AM.
