James Dickson

James Dickson, age 77, of Quinton, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2018.

He was born in Salem, before moving to Quinton where he remained for many years. He is the son of the late Russell & Mary Doughty Dickson. James worked for over 35 years at DuPont working as a supervisor within the company. He loved hunting, was an avid fisherman, and served as an Elder at the Seventh Day Adventist Church. He is survived by his beloved wife Edna Hargrove Dickson; son James R. Dickson, daughter Melissa Diaz. Dear brother of Lee Dickson (Elaine), Wayne Dickson, and Graceanne Jones (Darrell). Loving Grandfather of Brandiann Dickson, Jacqueline Diaz and 5 younger siblings. 

Services will be held 11:00 AM, Thurs., Aug. 2nd,  at WOODSIDE FUNERAL HOME, 613 Salem-Quinton Rd., RT. 49, Quinton Twp, where friends may call after 10:00 AM. Burial will be in East View Cemetery, Salem. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Seventh Day Adventist Church, 685 Salem-Quinton Rd, Salem, NJ 08079
