Hildreth (Holly) R. Owens Jr., age 72, of Woodstown, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017, at Inspira Medical Center, Elmer. Born in Salem, he was the son of the late Hildreth R. Sr. and Geraldine Owens. Before his retirement, Holly was a lineman/conduit inspector for Verizon. He was a US Air Force veteran. Holly was a member of the Jersey 3 Square Deer Club, Happy Jack Deer Club, Roulette Rascals Deer Club, Quinton Sportsman's Club, the NRA, the National Sporting Clays Assoc., Durning String Band and the IBEW Local 827. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, flying and the rodeo. Holly is survived by his sons, Robert Owens of Quinton and Trafford Owens (Lucia) of Rio Grande; his daughter, Mattie Costill (Mike) of Aston, PA; brother, Greg Owens (Kathy) of Bloomington, IL; and sister, Valarie Weigel of The Villages, FL.

A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 8th in the Salem County Veterans Cemetery, Pilesgrove.
