Florence (Missy) Bell Lawrence, age 95, of Quinton passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, January 1st. Born in Quinton, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Elsie Remster Bell. Before her retirement, Florence was the manager of the Country Club of Salem. She enjoyed cardinals, red geraniums, her outside flowers and was an avid bookkeeper. Florence is survived by her sons, William Lawrence (JoAnne) of Quinton and Barry Lawrence (Nancy) of Cumberland, MD; grandchildren, David Lawrence, Gail Emel, Amy Bradway, Anne Hudock, Kristin Shute, Tracy DiNicola, Paula Wegman and Andi Welch; 15 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, Morris (Jim) Lawrence; son, James Lawrence, Sr; grandson, William Lawrence, Jr; and several brothers and sisters.

Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 6th in the Quinton United Methodist Church, 55 Main Street, Quinton where friends may call after 10:00 AM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Quinton United Methodist Church, PO 116, Box Quinton, NJ 08072.
